Terms and Conditions

  1. Acceptance of Terms: By booking Jade Events Ltd's services, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.

  2. Quotation: The quote provided by Jade Events Ltd is valid for 30 days and is deemed accepted upon completion of the booking process.

  3. Booking Policies: All bookings are £200, subject to these terms and conditions, and take effect once the booking form is completed, the contractual agreement is signed, and the booking fee is payed. The booking reserves an event date and covers travel up to 50 miles, the setup and cleaning of the bar as per the Cleaning policy, and the TEN fee where an application is required. We do not offer refunds once the booking payment is processed.

  4. Payment Terms: A 50% deposit of the total service cost is due 3 months before the event, and the full payment is due 2 weeks before the event. We do not offer refunds or accept cancellations once a payment is processed.

  5. Changes: Any changes to the contractual agreement are subject to Jade Events Ltd's consent, and must be paid for in accordance with the Payment Terms policy of these terms and conditions i.e. if a change is approved after any deposits have been paid, the full difference in cost will be due immediately.

  6. Client Responsibility: Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and ensuring a safe environment for our staff. Jade Events Ltd remains unliable for unspoken expectations by the client, and anything not included in the contractual agreement.

  7. Facilities: Clients must provide suitable access to the venue during the agreed upon time, and remain fully liable for the service cost in cases where access issues prevent the delivery of our services. The clients are also responsible for providing a power and water supply unless otherwise specified in the contractual agreement. Where payment processing is required onsite, clients must ensure there is available signal coverage or wifi.

  8. Cleaning: At the end of an event Jade Events Ltd is responsible for clearing the bar and packing up all accompanying equipment. Removing or collecting venue provided bins, and floor cleaning are not included nor is the cleaning of any venue owned items.

  9. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is possible only if the client provides at least a 15 days' notice, with the only exception being a train or a tube strike affecting the area servicing the event. The new event date is subject to Jade Events Ltd's availability.

  10. Cancellation: Jade Events Ltd reserves the right to cancel an event with no refunds, if the venue is not accessible with the bar's equipment, or the conditions or expectations are otherwise unlike the details provided prior to and in the contractual agreement. In the event of extreme unforeseen circumstances creating an environment where the agreed upon service can't be delivered to the expected standard, Jade Events Ltd reserves the right to refund 100% of the payments made by the client and cancel a booking.

  11. Licensing: Jade Events Ltd operates in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003, and retains the right to refuse serving anyone who appears intoxicated.

  12. Age Restrictions: All of Jade Events Ltd's services and products are intended for individuals of legal drinking age in the UK, and we retain the right to refuse serving anyone who appears underaged and is unable to prove they're of legal drinking age.

  13. Liability: Clients assume full responsibility for ensuring that alcohol consumption is legal and responsible at their events. Jade Events Ltd is not liable for any incidents arising from the misuse of alcohol, and the use of any alcohol not provided by Jade Events Ltd is subject to consent and can be otherwise confiscated, as part of a licensing condition.

  14. Loss or Damage: Any bar equipment or glassware breakages or losses are chargeable at the replacement value to the client, and billed within 14 days of the event.

  15. Intermediaries: Any intermediary third party reselling our services agrees to indemnify Jade Events Ltd from any claims, disputes or financial losses arising from their booking practices or miscommunications with their clients.

  16. Data Protection: Jade Events Ltd will store and use clients' data when booking, processing payments, liaising with third parties involved in the preparation of the event, and for the TEN application. The clients agree, unless otherwise specified, with photographs and videos portraing our services at their event for promotional purposes.

  17. Intellectual Property: All content, branding, and materials on our website are the intellectual property of Jade Events Ltd.

  18. Third-Party Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these sites.
